LEAGUE NEWS

Congratulations to all the finalists, especially to Team 2, the champions of the first annual Dragons Cup. We want to also thank everyone involved and all the athletes who took part in this yearly tournament.

We would like to encourage you to keep in touch and play/practice with your teammates from this year, as we will be keeping the same teams, with some exceptions. We will not be welcoming back those players who showed up to only one or two games this season. We will also be drafting (adding) underclassmen, they will be evaluated and then ranked according to their skill level and potential for improvement. Meaning that if you ended in last place, you will get the first pick. Those who finished in the first spots will get the last picks. We will also have a video of all the draft picks performing various drills and exercises for team representatives to view before making their selection.

The board members will arrange for a meeting with a representative from each team after the High School season is over. We will do the draft then, after that we will start preparing for the second year of the Dragons Cup.

During the off-season, the board members will meet to discuss various league items. Some of the pressing items on the agenda are:

- Length, time and place for next year's cup.
- Rule changes.
- Graduating seniors eligibility.
- Athletes Attendance.
- Girls league.
